If you are an Unaccompanied Minor seeking asylum you are entitled to the same support as a Child in Care or a Care Leaver, including advocacy.
Advocates at YAP have supported Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers to:
- Move in to independent accommodation
- Challenge their age assessment
- Attend meetings
- Change placement
- Change social worker

If you need help with your English we will provide an interpreter for your advocacy session.
